Okay so its been a while...

Its been a while since Mummy has kept this updated. For those who follow (and you've probably all given up by now), you can also see recent photos on facebook. But she thought she'd do an update here and then maybe we sort a family blog out because lots has happened since May last year!

So what's been happening?


Daniel and I are caged...

I look super gorgeous in my good clothes

I have my first fluffy and marshmallows... its the start of a beautiful friendship

Daddy and I have lots of cuddles

Daniel and I play nicely together (once or twice)

It gets cold and windy at Mangawhai

Then the sun comes out and we fly kites

I get into the zinc and castor oil cream...

And all sorts of other things ;)

I like to cuddle all my dolls

And give them 'feeds' too.

Life is so busy busy busy. A few weeks ago I went to Wellington for the day with Mummy, Nana and Daniel. We had a good time. Daniel and I got to visit Te Papa and play with lots of cool toys and things while Mummy and Nana saw some paintings. We went on a plane and I really liked it when it made rumbling sounds, it made me laugh.


Creating enough electricity for a lightbulb is hard work.

It's me again

Here are some more photos taken recently. A lot of them seem to be on playgrounds. I love playgrounds. I love swings and slides and if I can't go on them I get grumpy and I cry.

Walking around, I am very good at it, I often walk 2/3 or more of the zoo by myself... although Daddy says that sometimes I can take the long way to get somewhere!

15 months (and counting)

Sorry this update is a bit late. Mummy says that time is passing so quickly its hard to keep up.

I am 15 months now! I am walking really well (although running is harder) and I can walk for a long time... I walked around at least half of the zoo the other day. I weigh 9.94kg and I am 81.5cm tall. I still have two sleeps a day and often wake a few times in the night which is a bit tiring for Mummy. I have just cut my 5th tooth.

I eat pretty well. I have porridge with Daddy and Daniel for breakfast, the usual things for lunch (I love Mummy's home made fruit buns) and I am really good at eating dinner. I especially love pasta, tomatoes, peas, beans and have been enjoying mince, lamb, sausages and steak. I love kiwifruit, blueberries, peaches and strawberries. I love my Mummy milk and still have a few feeds a day.

I am very chatty and am saying quite a few words. I am loving reading my books and my favourite songs are Twinkle Twinkle and Wheels on the Bus and I am getting really good at doing the actions too. My favourite CD is "Bobby and the Bonsters" and Mummy and Daddy say that it is a lifesaver in the car when we travel.

I am a very busy little person. I like to play with anything that Daniel plays with. I love playing with the pots and pans in the kitchen, and like making cups of drink. This is quite useful when Mummy is cooking. Daniel can be a bit rough sometimes and I am good at being a bit dramatic if I need to be! I definite know what I like and don't like. I like being able to draw and to potter around with my stroller and like to put things in special places. I like playing with cars, Mr Potato head, Daniel's tools, and my special Bus that plays my favourite song.

I have a special soft toy call "Nam" (Lamb) and he is my special friend when I go to sleep.
